At Buy Curtains & Blinds Online, we want you to love your view; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made window treatments are eligible for return only in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the curtains or blinds back in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation guides are included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
